“Overnight into December 2 snow, wet snow, gusts of wind caused blackouts in 41 towns and villages in Lviv region,” reads the report. Snowfalls have complicated transport movement in several parts of the country, and the Hudrometeorological Centre said heavy snow is expected in almost every region this weekend.
