Conflict not ends until Russia withdraws troops from territory of Ukraine – Klimkin

"The conflict instigated by Russia will not be solved until Russia leaves not only Donbas but also the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol, which remain an integral part of Ukraine," Klimkin said. "The sanctions in response to the aggression should remain in force until Russia withdraws its troops from the Ukrainian land," the diplomat said.
