Steinmeier reminds OSCE that ceasefire in Donbas constantly violated

"The agreement on ceasefire is constantly violated. I consider that situation in eastern Ukraine is unacceptable," the OSCE chairman said. Steinmeier expressed his gratitude to the OSCE observers. He assured that the observers were ready to continue monitor the process of withdrawal of weapons, especially heavy, from the contact line.
