The meeting took place at the OSCE Ministerial Council in Hamburg on December 8, the press service of Ukraine’s Foreign Ministry reported. Klimkin stressed the need for continuous monitoring on the contact line in eastern Ukraine and the presence of the monitors on to the uncontrolled area of the Ukraine-Russia border in parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions not controlled by the government.
