President: We have to improve system of support for ATO participants, IDPs

Petro Poroshenko stressed that the main purpose of the document was to change traditions that, unfortunately, still exist in our states concerning people with disabilities. According to Petro Poroshenko, it is also necessary to improve the system of support for the ATO participants, IDPs and civilians who were wounded and became disabled. "We must ensure rehabilitation, adaptation and employment of demobilized ATO participants with disabilities. That is why the institute of the Commissioner of the President on Rehabilitation of the Wounded ATO Participants has been established," Poroshenko said.
