Ukraine and EU sign agreements to finance border cooperation programs

The EC will provide to Ukrainian Government assistance amounting to 60 million euro in the framework of the joint "Ukraine - Romania 2014 - 2020" border cooperation programs. The implementation of the programs would help to realize joint projects with program member countries in improvement of infrastructure of border districts.The programs envisage support of education, research, innovations, development of local culture and historic heritage preservation.
