Ukrainian President, Italian Premier agree on actions to ensure fulfillment of Minsk agreements

Poroshenko stressed the importance of continuing strong support for Ukraine in the issues of restoration of territorial integrity and sovereignty, as well as the implementation of important reforms in the course of Italy’s forthcoming presidency in G7 next year. The parties agreed on closer coordination of actions to ensure the fulfilment of the Minsk agreements and de-occupation of Crimea. Paolo Gentiloni praised the initiatives of Petro Poroshenko on the necessity of declaring sustainable and long-term ceasefire in Donbas starting from December 24, as well as the immediate liberation of all hostages.
