Ukraine appeared to be on the 74 position among 139 countries by the Forbes ranking in easy doing of business for next year.
The top three included Sweden, New Zealand and Hong Kong. Canada closes the top 10 list.
Experts make up such a list yearly, evaluating the country by several criteria. Among them - trade and financial freedom, protection of property rights, investment, and level of corruption and personal freedoms.
