There are 110 people which are held captive in the territory out of Ukraine's control, advisor to the Ukrainian Security Service chief Yuriy Tandyt has said.
Ten persons are illegally detained on the territory of the Russian Federation, Tandyt said in the air of Inter TV channel .He recalled that in the near future Ukraine will hand over 15 people from the release list that includes 228 persons who were sought by militants .
