Ukrainian Ombudsman Valeria Lutkovska visited Ukrainian citizens being held at a pretrial detention facility in Simferopol. Then Russian ombudsman Tatyana Moskalkova in Mykolaiv visited Ukrainian deserters earlier detained at the administrative border with Crimea.
