Turchynov: No blockade of occupied areas in Donetsk, Luhansk regions without President's approval

"There must be no chaos or anarchy on the frontline. The soldiers must obey the orders of their commanders. It is the only way to defend our country. Those who make their own decisions and start to implement them, will only destabilize the situation. If the Supreme Commander-in-Chief does not approve any blockade, nobody must block and put roadblocks in the [conflict zone]. This will not happen," he said commenting on the statement by some veterans of the volunteer battalions on launching a trade blockade of the occupied territories in Luhansk and Donetsk regions.
