Poroshenko may meet with Trump in February – Presidential Administration

"We will have a more specific talk after the inaugural ceremony. We prepare Poroshenko's visit to the U.S. in February 2017," Yeliseyev said. According to him, a telephone conversation between the leaders of the states was friendly. "The newly-elected President of the U.S. asked about the situation in Donbas. We saw that Donald Trump started to learn the Ukrainian dossier. That's also great. The fact this conversation occurred is a proof that Trump is ready to build a bilateral dialogue... I would want to draw far-reaching conclusions, but, I think that subsequent steps should strengthen this trend," the Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration said.
