In Russia have said they would assist in the return to Ukraine of Ukrainian citizens who were sentenced by Ukrainian courts before 2014 and are serving sentences in Russia. This was reported by Russian Ombudsperson Tatiana Moskalkova. However, according to her, it is a tacit exchange for Russians who are serving sentences or detained in Ukraine.
