Over the past day in the Donbass because of fighting one Ukrainian soldier was killed and three wounded, spokesman for the Ministry of Defense for ATO Olexander Motuzyanyk informed. According to him, most shellings were recorded at Mariupol direction. Major fighting is still focused at Pavlopil - Shyrokyne direction.

He also spoke about the purpose of inspection units in the Rostov region of Russia. Russia has agreed to allow inspectors from Ukraine to military facilities in the Rostov region, which borders the occupied Donbas.
Ukrainian inspectors have been permitted to visit Russian army bases in the Rostov region.Such measures are carried out to determine the scale (or confirm an absence) of military activity being carried out within the boundaries of the area and subject to prior notification.
During the work the inspectors will be briefed by commanders of the units located within the area.
