Poroshenko hopes Trump will help Ukraine in its fight against Russian aggression

In an interview with Bloomberg during the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland President Poroshenko said Trump has unique opportunities for using all his influence to support Ukraine in its struggle for freedom and democracy. Poroshenko stressed that if negotiations can lead to the withdrawal of Russian troops from the Ukrainian lands and the liberations of Crimea, it would be "very important and positive."
