The talks are attended by delegations of the government and the opposition of Syria, representatives from Russia, Turkey, Iran and US Ambassador in Kazakhstan George Krol as an observer. The participants also intend to complete and agree the document that establishes ceasefire.
According to foreign media, the atmosphere is extremely tense, the warring parties do not communicate with each other directly but through mediators .
