Three million eight hundred thousand people in Donbass in need of immediate humanitarian assistance

This was stressed by the participants of the international conference "The human face of East Ukraine conflict" that was held by the Economic and Social Committee of the EU. The war in Donbas took the lives of about 10 thousand Ukrainians, another 22 thousand were injured. The biggest humanitarian aid to residents of eastern Ukraine last year was given by the European Union. Its volume makes 26.5 million euros.
