Poland declassified a secret document on the country's transition to the pro-Russian course. One who disclosed the document - Polish Foreign Minister Witold Vaschykovskyy. The document was signed on March 4, 2008 and was named "Theses on a policy of Poland towards Russia and Ukraine." Only four people had access to it, including the then governmental high officials, among them Radoslaw Sikorski and Donald Tusk. Ukraine in this document instead of integrating with the West was proposed a quasi-institutional relationship, the so-called "fake integration".
