The foreign ministers will also estimate the support of the European Union in the implementation of the Minsk agreements on settling the eastern Ukraine conflict, reads a Thursday statement. The Council plans to encourage Kyiv to the full implementation of the planned reforms, but especially to achieve progress in the constitutional reform, legal reform, electoral, public administration, energy efficiency and the electricity market. The European Union, the document says, supports the security sector reform in the country, carried out with the mediation of the EU's advisory mission.
