Greece supports Ukraine in European integration, firmly insists on full implementation of Minsk agreements - PM

The Head of State expressed gratitude to Greece for a solid stand in the issue of withstanding Ukraine’s territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence, condemning Russian aggression against Ukraine and non-recognizing the annexation of Crimea. Greece supports Ukraine in the process of European integration and firmly insists on the necessity of full implementation of the Minsk agreements: total ceasefire, withdrawal of Russian troops from the Ukrainian territory and ensuring peace process, as stated by Petro Poroshenko. The President emphasizes that the two countries share close economic, social, cultural and interpersonal ties that will be further enhanced. Upon completion of the bilateral meeting, the parties will hold an expanded meeting of the Ukrainian and Greek delegations.
