Head of EU Delegation to Ukraine Hyuh Mingarelli calls contradictory the situation with blocking of railway cargo transit from the Donbass, which, according to the diplomat, first of all negatively affects local residents . He admitted that there is a big problem of smuggling at the disengagement line in the east of Ukraine. Mingarelli also expressed hope that the Ukrainians by summer will be able to travel to EU countries without visas.
