Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman urged the public and political parties to develop a common position on the Donbas "Coal blockade" and on energy policy of Ukraine.
According to him, all state institutions and political forces related to this industry should take responsibility for implementing specific action plan, both in the legislative and the executive plane.
