The Ukrainian government published the rules of goods' shipments to and from the anti-terrorist operation area in Donbas.All goods are banned from transshipments, except for: food products, medications and other medical equipment as part of humanitarian cargo; goods and products of metallurgical, ore-dressing, coalmining and power-generation industries, critical infrastructure facilities. Under the decree, the delivery of goods across the contact line in Donbas will be allowed only to economic entities placed on the relevant list and exclusively by rail (except for humanitarian aid).
