OSCE SMM to Ukraine reports

The Special monitoring mission of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe over the weekend recorded about a thousand blasts in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. This is stated in the report of the SMM, published on the website of the OSCE. It is noted that most violations of the ceasefire were documented between evenings of March 17 and 18.
