President’s representative outlines conditions for termination of Donbas blockade

President’s Representative in the Verkhovna Rada Artur Herasimov said this in a TV interview. The official added that all those points were included in the Minsk agreements, which Ukraine fulfilled completely. Herasimov also rejected a claim that the decision of the National Security and Defence Council to introduce the official blockade was a spontaneous response of the authorities to the blockade of trade with the occupants, which had been conducted by the war veterans for almost two months before.
