Parliament approves new wording of State Civil Aviation Security Program

The bill also takes into account amendments to the Ukrainian legislation introduced after this State Program took effect in 2003. The main objective of the Program is the division of duties, the establishment of rules for the introduction and implementation of measures aimed at ensuring aviation security of passengers, aviation personnel and personnel involved in aviation activities, aircraft, the property they transport, objects and subjects of aviation activities, regardless of ownership and subordination.
