It usually lasted until April 15. However, since the last three days the average temperature is above eight degrees, Kyiv authorities, in particular, decided to finish the heating season April 1.
In Kyiv more than 97 percent of houses are disconnected from central heating. In the medical and educational institutions this process just started at the request of administrations.
