Verdict to Sentsov, Kolchenko to be announced on August 25

"The court of the occupants can't fair by definition,” Oleg Sentsov said. Oleksandr Kolchenko said in his last statement that he agreed with the arguments of lawyers, considered them to be reasonable and fair, and “won't beg the court for anything.” As reported, Sentsov and Kolchenko are charged with terrorism. According to Russia's investigation, Sentsov allegedly organized an underground group linked to the Right Sector in Crimea in spring of 2014. Kolchenko is charged of participation in this so-called terrorist organization. Both Ukrainians deny the charges. Ukrainian government regards their arrest and imprisonment as fabricated and political.
