Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Kyslytsia made the corresponding statement at the UN Security Council meeting in New York on Tuesday, Ukrinform reports. "The human rights component should be an integral part of the Council's consideration of the ways to settle the conflict. This approach should be applied by the Council when considering the issue of the occupation of Crimea and Russian military aggression in the Ukrainian Donbas," Kyslytsia stressed. "Russian de facto authorities in Crimea commit massive and systematic human rights violations and seek to destroy the identity of Ukrainians, Crimean Tatars as the indigenous inhabitants of the peninsula as well as of other ethnic and religious groups," the Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine said.
