“As of 7 am, April 20, bad weather conditions caused blackouts in […] 99 villages and towns in Kharkiv region, 72 in Dnipropetrovsk region, 14 in Poltava region, 9 in Kherson region, and 5 in Zaporizhzhia region,” the report reads. Emergency teams have been conducting needed repairs to resume electricity supply.
