Emergency Service: blackouts in 300 Ukrainian towns, villages

“As of 7am April 21, bad weather conditions caused blackouts in 318 towns and villages in six regions, particularly: 245 – in Odesa region, 14 – in Mykolaiv region, and 3 in Kherson region in southern Ukraine, 23 in Kharkiv region in the country’s east, 32 in Dnipropetrovsk region, and 1 – in Zaporizhzhia region in central Ukraine, reads the report. Emergency teams have been conducting needed repairs to resume electricity supplies.
