"UR" introduced a ban on the transportation of cargo and empty wagons, including transit through Ukraine for a number of company owners from Russia.
This decision was caused by the action of the Decree of President Petro Poroshenko which enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council to impose sanctions against a number of Russian companies.
To recall Russia filed a complaint to the WTO through Ukrainian sanctions.
