Quality control of road construction to be toughened

From this year Ukraine introduced two systems of quality control of road construction. As Minister of Infrastructure Volodymyr Omelian said, the matter is about independent monitoring starting from procurement of raw materials to assessment of the quality of work performed. Such control will involve independent consulting engineer who has international certificate. This expert is meant to ensure that high quality work performed at all stages. Ministry of Infrastructure will penalize unscrupulous company.
