"When I say that it [Crimea] will be Ukrainian, it means that the Ukrainian authorities will return to Crimea [what was] destroyed by Russia the law, freedoms, the rights of the Crimean Tatars, national minorities and human dignity. And those who seized Crimea, who sent terrorists to Donetsk and Luhansk, will be convicted by international courts and history," Yatseniuk said in a TV interview. Yatseniuk said he was certain that "Ukrainian is moving towards freedom, rule of law and justice, approaching Europe, [which] caused Russia's aggression against Ukraine." He said Ukrainians should not just struggle against external enemy, but also fight irresponsibility, the lack of organization and non-professionalism, adding that the country should also set up a capable army and efficient police, a fair justice system, as well as improving the energy independence of the country and working towards reforms. "We must to complete the hardest reform – reform of our thinking. When a free citizen knows how to use freedom and knows that not just a lot depends on him, but everything depends on him," Yatseniuk added.
