French President wants de-escalation of situation in Donbas

French President Emmanuel Macron said  he favors the soonest possible organization of negotiations in the Normandy format with a report by OSCE representatives."We would like negotiations in the Normandy format to be conducted in the near future so we can discuss all issues," Macron said at a press conference following Russian-French negotiations. "We exchanged our views on this matter. I said for my part that I would like us to achieve de-escalation of this process within the framework of the Minsk process," he said.
