Former owners of PrivatBank (Kyiv) have not fulfilled liabilities before July 1, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) has said on its official Facebook page."The voluntary loan restructuring term for former owners of PrivatBank expired on July 1, 2017. Now we can say that the former owners failed to meet their liabilities," the NBU said.
