Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Olexander Turchinov states that Russia builds a powerful infrastructure for troops and creates new military divisions along the northern and eastern borders of Ukraine. He said this during a meeting with Deputy Secretary General of NATO on New Security Challenges Sorin Dukar.
Oleksandr Turchynov reminded that Russia substantially strengthened its positions in the Black Sea and Baltic basins.
