The Council of the European Union completed the process of the ratification of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union and the sides will coordinate the ways to ensure the most effective and rapid achievement of the goals of this Agreement at the Ukraine-EU summit on July 12, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said.
The Ukrainian president also said that "a qualitatively new stage of our path to the European Union" will start from September 1, 2017.
