The VII Ukrainian-Iraqi Business Forum began in Kyiv. Among the key areas of Iraq interest is cooperation in the agrarian sector.This was informed by The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.
"The forum will serve as a platform for establishing contacts between Ukrainian and Iraqi business. The delegation of Iraq includes representatives of various sectors of the economy, including: agrarian, food, electrical, medical, chemical, construction, the automobile industry and others.
In total, 25 Iraqi companies participating in the forum will be looking for business partners in Ukraine.Recall: the trade turnover between Ukraine and Iraq in 2016 amounted to about USD 400 thousand (with a completely positive trade surplus for Ukraine).
