On July 17 people mark the third anniversary of the air crash of the Malaysian passenger "Boeing-777", which was downed over the territory of the Donetsk region, controlled by militants. The tragedy took lives of 283 passengers and 15 crew members, among victims there were 80 children.

"On this day, three years ago, the Malaysian Airlines carried out a regular flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur, and the connection with the MN17 was lost at 16:00. It was later learned that the plane fell near the town of Torez, Donetsk region, which pro-Russian mercenaries occupied, all those who were on board were killed - 298 people, the passengers of the flight were citizens of 10 countries, most of the dead (196 people) - from the Netherlands.
The Ukrainian side and the International Investigation Team of the MN17 flight Boeing crash came to the conclusion that the liner was shot down by self-propelled ground-to-missile launcher BUK-TELAR of the 53rd anti-aircraft missile brigade.Russia said that it did not trust the data, and thus blocked the creation of an international tribunal for investigating the tragedy for several years.
So, the case of the air crash of "MH17" flight will be considered by the court in the Netherlands. This decision has recently been approved by the representatives of the countries cooperating in the investigation of this plane crash - the Netherlands, Australia, Malaysia, Ukraine and Belgium. The investigation is ongoing, and the adoption of this decision does not mean that the perpetrators of the tragedy will appear before the court in the near future, the Dutch government emphasizes.
