Odesa Regional Court of Appeal refused to open an appeal on complaints filed by representatives of PJSC "Odesa Oil Refining Plant", LLC "Energy and Gas Ukraine" and a representative of directly Sergei Kurchenko.This was reported by UNIAN.
"The decision of the Suvorovsky District Court of Odesa on the special confiscation in favor of the state of the entire property of the Odessa Oil Refinery and the Limited Liability Company became lawful. By decision of the court in favor of the state, non-residential production premises and administrative buildings with a total area of more than 38 thousand square meters were confiscated, as well as land with an area of 77 hectares and installations for the operation of the plant ", said press secretary of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Larysa Sargan.
It should be noted that the estimated cost of confiscated property in favor of the state is more than USD 200 million or more than UAH 5 billion.
