Solomyansky district court of Kyiv has chosen a preventive measure in the form of house arrest for a period of two months to former prosecutor of the Prosecutor General's Office Dmytro Sus.According to the court's ruling, Sus will be under house arrest in Khmelnytsky.
The detainee was ordered to hand over all the passports. In addition, he will have to wear an electronic tracking device.
As reported, the detectives of the NABU, under the procedural leadership of the prosecutors of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office, detained Dmytro Sus on July 25 on the territory of the international airport Boryspil. He was detained due to the facts, the pretrial investigation of which the detectives have been working with in various criminal trials since April 2016.
