The Central Election Commission has established the impossibility of of holding regular local elections in ninety one local councils in Donetsk and 31 Councils in Lugansk regions that are controlled by Ukraine.
This decision was adopted by the Commission on the basis of documents submitted by the regional civil-military administrations.
The voting in these councils will not be held for security reasons.
