It is noted that on loans up to 1 year the rate is now 17.0% per annum, for loans over a year - 17.5%.
Acquiring a loan in Oshchadbank, ACMHs and Holding Company significantly save money due to the state support. The compensation for such loans ranges from 40% to 70% of the loan amount involved in the purchase of energy efficient equipment and materials. The amount of compensation depends on the number of apartments in the house, whose owners receive subsidies.
Since the launch of the Energy efficiency House program, 379 ACMBs have become its members. The total amount of funds provided to them is about 32.5 million hryvnia.
