The state is obliged to provide a sufficiently high standard of living for Ukrainian teachers. Teachers themselves should take care of professional development and continuous improvement of professional skills.
Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman announced this during the All-Ukrainian August conference of pedagogical workers.
