Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman declares that queues to kindergartens will be eliminated by 2020.
He said this during a government meeting.
"It's a shame to have queues for little Ukrainians to kindergartens today, so the priority task is to develop a joint program with local authorities and during September, I think we will approve it, and its realization will ensure the complete elimination of queues to kindergartens in the country." We will provide for this and I guarantee it. In 2020, there will be no queues to kindergartens, "the Premier stressed.
According to him, in 2018 it is planned to forsee in the new budget the allocation of UAH 1 billion for the modernization of the educational process in primary school - 1-4 classes . In addition, Groisman recalled that next year, it is planned to raise the salaries of teachers by at least 25%.
