Kyiv prosecutor's office brings charges against 18 people involved in August 31 clashes outside Rada

"As part of the criminal proceedings launched into the events that occurred near the building of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on August 31, 18 people were notified that they are suspected of committing offenses," the press service of the prosecutor's office of Kyiv reported on Wednesday. A court will choose measures of restraint for the suspects on Wednesday.
