Ukraine's team was second in the team rating among 34 countries participating in the European Boxing Championship among youth, which ended in the Turkish city of Antalya.
According to the results of the matches the Ukrainian team has won five medals, reported in the press service of the Ministry of Youth and Sports.
"Maxym Galynychev won the title of the European champion in the weight category of 52 kg ," said in the press service. Besides, Taras Bondarchuk (60 kg) and Yevhen Pavlovsky (81 kg) became silver medal winners, and bronze medals were awarded to Ivan Papakin (75 kg) and Arkady Kartsan (91 kg).
