Kyiv Regional Prosecutor's Office has launched criminal proceedings into the deliberate murder of a volunteer soldier, doctor and lieutenant of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Amina Okuyeva, under Clause 11, Part 2, Article 115 (contract killing) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the press service of the prosecutor's office reported on October 31.
According to the report, Okuyeva was killed and her husband, Adam Osmayev, was wounded near the village of Hlevakha in Kyiv region after their car came under gunfire.
