"Sajdik noted certain progress in the working group on security issues as for withdrawal of artillery under 100mm caliber, mortars under 120mm caliber, and battle tanks," media reported. The OSCE Representative noted that the working group on political issues would meet in Minsk on September 15-16. Sajdik noted the constructive exchange of views on the special procedure for the local government in parts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
